What is the best number to talk to someone who works inside homeoffice and not at Sitel UK. The paid number is of no help at all. Just waste of money!

Re: national insurance number question

You should have said yes in both applications.

Let see what others say! It might have an effect.

I applied for visit and work visas and I always mentioned my NIN.

Re: Passport return timeline after decision is made

Guys,
Is there a way to contact to somebody who has information in UKVI??? somebody who can do something.

apparently the enquiry email and the guys over the phone know nothing, the only thing they can do is to escalate the case and the escalation takes 15 working days!! utter non sense.

Re: vignette sticker

However, there are cases when the BRP has not arrived within 10 days so you cannot collect it within 10 days or arrival in UK. Minority of cases. Most times, the BRP is there within a day of two. This is all hypothetical questioning as most of us who are long standing members on the forum finished ...

Re: Got an ilr now, IHS refund?

For how long did you apply tier 2?

I am not sure but they charge on an annual basis and once you are on that visa in the UK, you will not get it back,

Not sure, just my understanding, let see what others say.

Re: Tier 2 General and owning a limited company

looks like not much of the activity here. Apparently, you cannot own a business as your entry clearance was sponsored by a specific employer. If you want to open a company go for Tier 1, which means you will end up losing your current Job.

Re: vignette sticker

Well,
The quotation you posted states otherwise, it says that you can enter/leave the UK multiple times in the duration of vignette validity which is 30 days. However, there are cases when the BRP has not arrived within 10 days so you cannot collect it within 10 days or arrival in UK.

Hi,
Is it possible to leave and enter UK multiple times within the validity of vignette (30 days) before you can get your BRP?
