Hello,

I was selected in 2022 lottery for H-1B visa and currently waiting for my potential employer petition to be approved.

Once it approved, is there any deadline till which I would need to apply for H-1B Visa??

Why didn't you include them with your wife's application? This would have been the simplest thing to do. Either set o or set F. They have slightly different requirements. I went to NatWest today to get a bank statement for the same purpose. I asked the statement to be stamped and staff did it without any issues. literately, it took me 10 minutes.

Can't you just walk into your NatWest local branch?

ILR Tier 2 route English Language

Hello,

I am going to apply for ILR (tier 2 5 year rout).
I passed my English language test ( Trinity college) for initial tier 2 application 5 years ago.
