Thanks for your response but what i meant was that the email about a decision on my application came from the TLScontact service and no email from ukvi itself .is it normal?

Hi i have only received two emails from ukvi.the first one was acknowledging receipt of my application .the second one is apologizing for their inability to decide on my application according to their 15 working days time line on 17 th August 2017. On the 23 August i had a mail form the TLS service ...
