hi, Im asking this for my cousin. She is currently a Tier 4 dependant and got a job paying her £21k per annum and the employer is ready to sponsor. The suitable RQL level 4 code is 3131 IT Technician . In Appendix J document for Tier 2 states £18.4k for new entrant and nothing for Experienced worker. ...

Which means I can look for an appointment slot that is available from 4th October 2018 (28 days before 01/11/2018) and I can book this from 23rd of August 2018 (42 days before 04/10/2018) ? hi CR001,

I went back to India and applied from there. I'm currently pursuing my doctorate in the UK. I read on an article that after completing 12 months of PhD i can apply for Tier 2 jobs. Is it true? This is why i asked the question today about Shortage list. Please clarify.

After completing a masters degree, is it required to get a job from SHORTAGE OCCUPATION List to get Tier 2? or a job with minimum salary is mentioned in codes of practice is enough?

Thanks for your reply.. Can I apply for FLR stating that am waiting for the CAS from the University. And once I had received my CAS, I shall withdraw the FLR and apply for Tier-4 as initially intended.
