Re: Is moving homes frequently bad for ILR?

Would it be detrimental to my ILR application if I move addresses often? No. Note however that you will be required to list all your addresses for 5 years if you plan on applying for citizenship in the future. Thanks! Good to know. I was aware that they will require me to list me address history fo...

Is moving homes frequently bad for ILR?

Hi, I have only started living in the UK recently as a tier 2 migrant, however I do have a question when I eventually will apply for ILR 5 years down the line. Would it be detrimental to my ILR application if I move addresses often? If so, how detrimental? I only ask because I normally only sign sho...

Re: Obtaining visa in time for enrolment date!! URGENT

There has been some news about delays for T4s. They won't refuse you for the tight deadline, but they may take their time. You will have to ask your uni to extend their dates for you.

Applied for T4 visa mid August. Till date, I have yet to receive a decision from them although I have paid for priority service. My university last addmission was yesterday and I feel like I have been screwed by UKVI. Any advice would be appreciated. I'm applying from NZ. Did you get any emails fro...

It's standard. Although I do have a backup plan as my university will let me join in the January stream but I don't even know what to do in this 3-4 months
You could try and volunteer at an NGO.

Re: UK visa application delay experiences

Will I be missing my deadline, so stressed and tensed from this nonsense. Or is this a standard email? Hey dude, is you...

Re: Received no Emails After Posting Application

You should receive an email to say that your application is under consideration by an ECO. It's likely to come from Shefo. Alternatively, call your Uni and check on the application status. Given that I've been waiting on priority service since 14th August...but every case is different, and it's fro...

Re: VHS Global Haven't Sent Me a Receipt for the Priority Service I Paid For

Hi, On the VFS Global website you should be able to find the "Quick Links" link on the upper right corner. Choose "Reprint Receipt", enter your GWF number and last name. You should then receive the receipt in your email. Happened to me before. Hope this helps. Wow, thank God. You are a life saver. ...

Since I would have only been at my friend's address for only about a day and for the sole purpose of coming to NZ for applying for a Tier 4 visa - will this cause any problems?
No.
Alright thanks.
