Looks like Stage 2 - Some times Garda doesn't provide information regarding offences etc and that's why there is a delay (what a nightmare). Thanks for reply. I have no offence traffic etc . I submitted the gnib card to the citizenship office upon application approval, But now I need to travel outside Ireland would there be any issues upon arrival? I did send an email to them regarding the deduction of absences if you are out for more than 6 weeks in a year, they replied back saying we need to deduct those days for reckonable
residency.

well technically there is no gap here in the stamps ... not sure if this will delay the process.

I emailed them , got a replay from citizenship office stating that i need to explain this scenario in a seperate note and attach the email for which i got a reply from.
