Hello;thank you for replying ; I haven’t got a home office letter acknowledging my date of application .I received an email on 18/01/18;confirming receipt of application and explaining that it’s take up to six months for me to get a decision from home office .

Indefinite leave to remain in time application

Hello everyone;if one applies for ILR on their last day of leave to remain .For example if my last leave to remain was 07/01/15- 07/01/18.And I apply for indefinite leave to remain on 07/01/18,is this considered an in time application ?Please help me.Thank you .

My ILR application was approved.

My application for ILR was approved on the 18th May 2018.I applied on 7 jan 2018 after completion of six years discretionary leave.Thank you To Zimba88,CR001 and CMSUK.Thank you so much for giving me advice and support during this time .I wish everyone a successful application .

No my dlr doesn’t say any comments out public funds .it just says work permitted .and the Letter they sent with it said I should feel free to use the nhs and social local authorities .something like that .
