when applying for EUSS they are asking to provide an evidence for late application and upload a documents.

My husband and I separated few years back (not legally)> We don't live together and that I have put on my application. Now, he he will be moving with us temporally. My question is, should I contact HO about this or this is not important?

I am still confused, please be patient as this is stressing me out a lot.

So it seems I have permanent residence but what about No Time Limit stamp in my passport (old one)?
Is this applying to PR or ILR?
