spouse visa-

Hi everyone,

A quick question regarding the spouse visa.

Is there any restrictions on the number of dates out of UK such as 6 months within a year?

Got the first spouse visa in September 2018.

Many thanks.

FLR(M) documents one month old?

Hello everyone,

I am in the process of applying FLR(M) first visa for my wife as I got my ILR recently.

For all the supporting documents, do they need to be one month old before the application date? Such as Bank statement, payslips etc?

Thank you

Hi guys, My ILR 10 years is due on 30th July and I have booked the premium appointment at Croydon on that day. However, I have a question about my immigration history. Re: Do 10 year ILR check tax record?

But it was on the previous visa category, why still need it though? As far as i understand, 10 year ILR doesn't require additional documents, not even bank statements etc.

Do 10 year ILR check tax record?

I am due for ILR in August 2018, my last 10 years were 6 years T4, 3 years of T1 E and 1 year of T2 dependant. I am wondering when applying for ILR, will HO check my tax record for 3 years of T1 E? Or, if applying through Premium service, will they ask for all documents relating to these 3 year T1 E...
