EU SETTLEMENT SCHEME CHILD

Dear Members,
I applied for my 2 yrs old child dutch citizen under eu settlement scheme and get COA after 2 weeks
I would like to know is it correct that my child get coa and have to wait for a decision or is
it a mistake by HO. Me and my wife both got presettled status a month ago.

After 1 year i got email from both of them that the french govt will reconsider the visa and if they didnt then come back to solvit and ecm again.
I think after this cannot be refused by the french cause i have this emails to show.

Yes for eea QP definitely you can add your spouse.
For permanent residence card you have to wait 5 years. I think you are mixing up with each other.
I did it online in march 2018 and add my spouse
she already received her residence card and i am less than 5 years here. Hope its helps.

There is no specific legislation. Airlines and immigration are aware of this entry clearance visa for uk and they will see it on remarks EEA FP FAMILY MEMBER TO JOIN OR ACCOMPANY
so no need to worry about it.

Hi All,
By me took exact one year to get a solution from solvit NL. Applied for france got refused. complained by solvit and eu commisioner which let me wait for one year. After one year the commisioner let me know that i should apply again for this visa. Hope its helps.

No need to inform them about your new job.But if your address changed you can do it online by HO.
Just relax and wait for your BRP.

Hi user 17,
My advice is to apply online EEA QP add your wife in the applcation. Pay 130 and avoid this hand fill up form. Its much easier and less documents needed to provide. Hope its helps.

Hi Mojamani, Its not important what she earns. There is no fixed income requirements for eea nationals but as long you earn reasonable to survive. By me was it around 16000 per year and my wife was not working. I think they should accept you even with lower income as long is it reasonable. Hope its ...

I applied as a QP in sep 2017 got reg cert in oct 2017 so i have now a reg cert without any renewal date. If i am understanding you might be able to apply again as a QP and adding my wife. sorry if i am asking too frequently.
