If you are currently on tier 2 visa and changing your employer and applying inside UK, you need restricted COS. Thanks for responding but according to tier 2 guidance even if you're switching sponsors within uk you need unrestricted cos. You only need RCos if you're outside uk or you're tier 4 depe...

This is strange and I dont understand why home office taking too long.... if there is a problem with the application they should ask more information or refusal.... I am also waiting for mine... lets hope for good...

have you received any update on your RCOS application? is it still under review or approved?

My employer applied on 1st september but still it says under review. has anyone else got RCOS yesterday or today?
