Eligible to apply from 20th April 2022 (completing 5th anniversary from first date of entry in UK) minus 28 days. Best to book biometrics when she completes full 5 years though.

Re: Which date to take to calculate the 28 days before application

You can apply with the reference of 1st March 2016 (minus 28 days completing 5th anniversary). However, to be on the safe side book biometrics with reference to 17th March 2016 (minus 28 days). These days biometrics appointments are running at a 28 day lag anyways so no issues.

I'm currently on Tier 2 general dependant visa which I've got with in country and BRP start date is 22nd March, 2016 with a valid date until 15th March, 2021. Re: **** COVID19 Biometrics appointments and UKVCAS ***** (Discuss here ONLY)

@uk201501 Also, I used the same e-mail address when I applied for my ILR. Could this have impact on the progress of my son’s application? No Another question, I will be applying for my citizenship soon. Would it cause a problem if I use the same e-mail address again? Better to use a different email ...

Re: British Citizenship for my wife and my five children ages under 18 and over 18, all children are born in Pakistan.

Your wife and all children need to secure ILR first before they can apply for Nationality. There is no cheaper way unfortunately. You can apply for your own nationality after 1 year on ILR. If you become British by then i.e. attend the ceremony, your wife and kids below 18 can apply for naturalisati...

Someone who applied on 31st Dec got his passport on 18th Jan from HMPO Liverpool. So Liverpool HMPO seems to be following the normal 2/3 weeks also. Glad to see.
