Re: Life in the UK test - how long to prepare for it?

Hey CULLINAN, just wanted to let you know that I passed my test using your advise below. I was using the official LITUK online subscription when I failed my first test. I studied for 2 days using the website below making sure I got 24/24 for all 16 exams and passed just yesterday! All questions I s...

Re: ILR to BC question

No need to mention tourist visas. Only mention the start of Tier2.

Look for free appointments. You will get one hopefully.

Not necessarily it takes 4-6 months. Some applications are accepted in less than a month also. It varies, it can take up to 6 months standard processing, less or more.

Re: Refusal of EUSS Family Permit

Update: Home Office overturned their decision and granted the EUSS family permit. However, it wasted 1.5 years of the newly wed couple’s life!!!! Shame on HO!
Thank you all for your feedback and help.

All 24 questions have never been from the 16 exams. 21/22 questions are always which is enough to pass ;)
Thanks for the feedback though.

Re: Life in the UK test - how long to prepare for it?

My recommendation: https://lifeintheuktestweb.co.uk/exams/ Do the 16 EXAMS as the link pasted above. Note “exams” not “tests.” The same website has tests also but do the exams. You will pass the test as long you do all the exams at home and are perfect in scoring 24/24 at home. No need to do anythi...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Thanks CULLINAN for your clear advice. Sorry I know I'm a pain on this question. Is there any gov/UKVCAS page that I can find this 45 working days information? The point I'm hesitating is the application might become invalid or rejected in case the rule changed without notice. I trust your professi...

Disclose it and mention you have a payment plan in place. It will NOT affect your application though.

Hello, Question as regards British Citizenship application following completing one year on ILR. If one has 2 Penalty charge notices with in the last 3 years. One was for driving in a bus lane in 2019, the PCN was for £130 reduced to £65 for early payment. Second one this month and was due to forge...

Re: Physical presence on the actual date 5 years before making the application

I would go for (2). Make sure you meet all the requirements on 14th July 2016 (you were physically in UK on that date and meet the residence requirements within the new qualifying period) if you redeclare your date as 13th July 2021. You have been lucky that CW gave you an option to redeclare the ap...

Re: Naturalisation application Eligibility Criteria

Not all spouses have a second nationality. In this case, the OP's wife was Indian and she lost that nationality when she became a British citizen. What would you advise in that case? In this case, I would suggest to input wife’s nationality as British. There is additional space at the end of the on...
