Lets see what happens in the coming weeks but apparently this situation will cause massive backlogs and delays in applications being processed. I hope not though. God save us all from coronavirus. Keep us posted.

No you need the RTI submissions too Can I use the employment period of 02/19-02/20 to fulfill the 12 month positions? No. You need from 09-03-19 till 08-03-2020.
