You will need to prove that you have been living in UK during the missed period (if entry/exit to UK is missing) as per your qualifying period.
Employer letter, P60 or government department letters.

UK does not stamp on exit but the destination country stamps on arrival.

Checklist is not accurate always. Cohabitation documents are not generated in the checklist. You have to follow the immigration rules as the final say.
