Re: SET(M) online form: can't enter all absences?

Preparing SET (M) for spouse who travels often on short business trips. Entered 30 UK absences (tedious process on the form . . . ) and then the form stops offering to add more. That's about 2 years of entries. Not sure how far back to go, but what to do with the form that won't cooperate? RC Is th...

Re: Please help - T1E - One employee pre April 6, 2014 - how to count 24 months

Total you will have 22 months till April 2019 with your employee 1 and employee 2** who has left including his 4 months.
So if you can hire additional employee for 2 months that will be your saviour.

Re: Please help - T1E - One employee pre April 6, 2014 - how to count 24 months

I meant July to October 2018 (not 2017). My mistake. Please Aman, T11417, Zimba, CR001 and gurus what do you think? Why did you not mention it before?? You can claim all employment after your extension so yes. We cant really advice if we dont know the exact dates. You need 104 weeks of FT employmen...

Re: Please help - T1E - One employee pre April 6, 2014 - how to count 24 months

Correction: Given your current situation, actually you would have to hire 3** more employees for atleast 2 months each to make up for 6 months if you want to apply before 6th April 2019 as the transitional arrangements end then to fulfill your 24 months. You currently only have 16 months of FT emplo...

Re: Please help - T1E - One employee pre April 6, 2014 - how to count 24 months

Hi gurus, Please I need help urgently. I entered T1E route in December 2013. Employed two people for about 16 months then applied for an extension in November 2016. However, my extension was initially refused in March 2017. I then applied for AR within 14 days but HO maintained their decision to re...

Re: Can I change job when I wait for the result of my ILR application?

Hi Thanks for your message. My company will make redundant of 50% of the current employees and I am at risk. I don't rely on my job to meet the financial requirements because my husband's salary alone will meet the financial threshold. I am just keen to know if it is legal for a company to recruit ...

Re: Can I change job when I wait for the result of my ILR application?

Hiya I submitted my application in Nov 2018 and I am at the risk of being made redundant. May I ask if I am allowed to be employed by a new company while waiting for the result? I am currently on the spouse visa (my husband is English) and my current employer isn't my visa sponsor. Thank you. There...

Re: ILR application (TIER 2 route) with previous passport lost

Thank you very much. Just one more question do I need a SAR to show all my absences? I have the emails and tickets of my travels outside UK. All your help are very much appreciated. Why would you need a SAR when HO is the one who issues that. They would already have that. However, I am not aware of...

Re: ILR application (TIER 2 route) with previous passport lost

Infact the new system only requires the original current passport and does not ask for any reason for previous passports if lost. You can just get a police reference for your own sake its always good to have it for your own safety. Dont think any need to attach with your application. But better to h...

My route is Tier 2, i really don't want to take any chances, for the £150 ill probably just re do the test. Thanks for the advice.
Better to spend £150 to be sure rather waste £3k+ and additional stress.
