Scenario A You apply super priority on Date X on a separate account. You apply standard on Date X (same date) on a separate account for your dependents (in this case add a cover letter that you have applied for ILR via super priority. Their applications will be considered after your decision anyway...

You cannot apply super priority for Tier 1 E applications. Only standard service is available. The OP is applying under long residence. Your previous posts suggest you got ILR via LR. So you would have changed your dependents visa in 2017. They will only qualify for ILR after 5 years on FLR(M) that will be in 2022.
