Re: ILR application date and query on my Tier 2 grant period

1. There is no requirement to have a valid visa up to or last the 5 year mark. Ho do know the rules. 2. You qualifying period starts from the date in your visa vignette. If that is only in Feb 2018, then that is your start date and you will need a tier 2 extension to cover the shortfall. It is pret...

Re: ILR application date and query on my Tier 2 grant period

1. Your qualifying period starts from initial visa issue date, so 14/11/2017 if that is the date your visa vignette was valid from. 2. This was all explained to you when you asked the question previously. You get 5 years, inline with the cos end date, plus 14 days. You cannot get more than that and...

Re: Tier 2 to ILR (start date and end date)

I am noy sure why you are surprised about the dates your visa was granted for, based on the information that was given. You said you would travel on 13 February so the visa was granted from beginning of February to give you some leeway to change your plans. The expiry is 14days after the end date y...

Re: Tier 2 to ILR (start date and end date)

I visit the website and I understand I can apply vignette transfer if the vignette expired. So I dun know whether my ca...
