I called the First-tier Tribunal and they informed that my deadline is 26 March. It wasn't mentioned in the notice.

They said that I did not provide the TB test. The country my husband applied from don't need to provide it. I will appeal against the decision. I have been refused about two months ago and I still haven't received my documents and IHS payment back.
The documents was sent to Sheffield.

After how long are you meant to receive you documents back after refusal.

Hi yes I got a call at the end of September from then home office asking when my partner intended to enter the country. I told them November. He picked up his passport yesterday - visa granted and he has to enter between 1 November - 1 December. No email about 31st October as his was already decide...
