Called UKVI one last time and told them what I really thought of their visa process. The agent said she will re-escalate it and notify UKVI that it's urgent. What exactly were the reasons that were given to conclude you aren't a genuine student? If they are valid, then an administrative review may not be a good option. I know someone that got denied a visa because of the bank statements then applied again with priority and got it after 5 working days, so...
