thank you very much for the reply, My mother is with me here in uk , she came here on visit visa one and half year back and after 6 months I plied for discretionary leave which got refused recently. I still didn't get the answer yet but they refended IHS last night.

Hi,
If you have a genuine case and you have all the documents related your father sickness and his death certificate etc there is a strong chnce you will get ilr on the window.

I had a similar case please check my previous post and I got ilr last year sep Oct. best of luck

I can still apply for citizenship as soon I received my BRP residence card,even tho my wife is naturalised British national and not born here am I still eligible. I have spent more than 240 days out of country in 2012 because of compassionate circumstances there can be any problem in naturalisation ...
