Did you have a list of documents attached in your application where you indicated that the accounts were attached? It should be easy to get this overturned in AR. Make sure you post these documents with a cover letter explaining these were already submitted and quote your Home office application reference number. I am sure it will get to the person who is doing the Admin Review.

Sorry to hear can you share exect date of your application sent to Home Office as I sent on 11th of may 2017 But still waiting for response. I applied around the same date . Possiblly you will get response soon but chased my application through mp 2 months ago.Again not sure if it helped . Good luck
