Re: Non-EEA-PR application based on Retained Right refused

I found it most strange that despite PAP you were not given at least a right of appeal. In 3 of the matters i was associated with, a right of appeal was granted in one following a reconsideration, and a refusal was then made on an entirely different basis. In one the application was granted. In ano...

Re: HELP NEEDED ROR REJECTED

I am in the same position myself, however in my own case I was given appeal right. I wondering how safe it is replying as I don't know if home office will come back with a different refusal point this time. Although I have already lodge in an appeal with the tribunal. I think you should go for appe...

Re: ECS CHECK RETURNED NEGATIVE

You need to send a Pre Action protocol, threatening legal action if you loose your job. At least that is the only remedy open to you. Ok. Thanks. I get my Lawyer to do that ASAP. But Please from your experience do u think the application has indeed been refused or could be that it is error, this is...

Re: ECS CHECK RETURNED NEGATIVE

Well it is clearly inconsistent with their policy for them to write and say your application has been rejected and hence you are not permitted to work. You only ceased for having a right to COA once deadline for filing an appeal has elapsed, unless of course they are suggesting your application was...

Re: ECS CHECK RETURNED NEGATIVE

Thanks for your reply. Infact the irony of it is that my application appeared as decided since 27 September 2017. I called Home office after 10 working days to make enquiries as to why I have not received any pack. I was informed that it was an error that infact my application is still in process an...
