Re: BRP expiring 31/12/2024

Hi AmazonianX, 2.My BRP stated "Place and date issue": UK 17/3/2021. Does it mean my ILR started on 17/3/2021? and thereafter I must not be absent from the UK for more than 2 consecutive years ? Absence of 2 years leads to lows of the ILR status Regarding to my Q2, what so you mean by "Absence of 2 ...

BRP expiring 31/12/2024

Hi Senior members, I understand that all BRP expire on 31/12/2024 and UKVI will advise on early 2024 as to how to proof the residency digitally. My questions: 1.My BRP expires on 31/12/2024, does it mean I don't have to do anything and UKVI will advise me when time comes? 2.My BRP stated "Place and ...

Re: My upcoming ILR Application

Dear Cullinan,

Thank you for your advice.

May i know why all our BRP cards are valid until 31/12/2024? I thought it is indefinite.

What do you mean by "AN" application in your previous message?

Kind regards

Re: My upcoming ILR Application

Dear Cullinan,

I have good news. We just received an email from HO that both my wife and my application for ILR is successful. They will send me the BRP within 7 days. The "right to work" page has also changed status.

A million thanks to you for your effort and your advice.

Kind regards

Re: My upcoming ILR Application

Dear Cullinan,

I am just asked out of curiosity. I paid for ILR on 14/12/2020 and biometrics taken on 11/1/2021. I think it is still too early, I guess I just have to wait patiently.

Thank you for your advice.

Re: My upcoming ILR Application

CW can not penalise you for something he has not clearly requested in the email. It does not mention advertising for jobs evidence. I would suggest just stay put. Dear Cullinan, After reading your message yesterday, I had a deep thought and discussed with my wife on the issue. We all decided to lea...

Re: My upcoming ILR Application

Dear Cullinan, I am indeed a bit worry but after you have clarified, I felt much better. My thought at first glance is "evidence of advertising" is meant for advertising of my business and I just felt weird as why they posted repeated Qn. However, it is not until yesterday, the second thought come t...

Re: My upcoming ILR Application

Dear Cullinan, I received HO queries on 12/1/2021 and replied all the queries by 17/1/2021. These few days, I have been thinking on one of the following questions (Qn4 & 9) that is ambiguous and kind of duplicated: 1.Business bank statements showing expenditure for business and incoming payments fro...

Re: My upcoming ILR Application

Dear Cullinan,

Just for your information.

As the file sizes of all the documents are too big, I have split into 3 emails.
I have already emailed 2 emails yesterday. Later, i will send email 3 of 3.

Thanks for your help.

Re: My upcoming ILR Application

Dear Cullinan, Thank you for your clarification on the 130 hours per month. I registered my UTR in May2016 and my first biz came in around November 2017. Since HO wants to carry out the Genuine Test on my business and ask for examples of business invoices and samples of work done, I suppose I can gi...

Re: My upcoming ILR Application

Dear Cullinan,

I see.
I asked because the contract of employment stated 30 hour-week. But the salary payment is on a monthly basis based on 130 hours per month. So I hope I am not contradicting each other.

Thanks

Re: My upcoming ILR Application

Basically your answer has to satisfy the CW that your employees are genuine. If your employees have a lot of spare time why would you pay them for spare time? Ben: What I meant is we recruited them at a minimum wage rate for 30 hours per week in order to satisfy the rules. Of course after negotiati...
