Hi Hope someone can help. We submitted an application for ILR in May however due to Covid we couldn’t complete LITUK and were advise to submit application and do test later. Applying for ILR but LITUK test cancelled due to COVID-19

Hi

Due to appLY for ILR, my current visa expires on 2nd May however my LITUK test was cancelled due to COVID-19. What would I have to do if I can’t get test completed by the date I need to submit my paperwork. I have all other paperwork in place.

Any advice?

Visitor Visa Documents

Could someone who has recently applied for a visitor visa for a parent in India pls advise

1) do all documents submitted need to be original or will photocopies suffice

2) will original documents be returned to applicant when a decision on application has been made?

they can provide proof of property ownership bank statements showing regular deposits from crop sales. they can also submit land documents. Visit will be for 3 weeks The Uk sponsor has previously successfully sponsored the individual but has now retired so can not submit wage slips and employment in...

Visit visa for Indian Citizen

Hi

Can I retired person with a weekly income from his pension sponsor a family member from India?

Can provide bank statements showing pension coming in also a letter from DWP stating amount of weekly pension amount.

Can also include bank account showing savings.

HELPPP I have an appointment at the premium service centre but we have not received a copy of this months bank statement which shows latest pay deposits - I have been into Santander this morning and they have printed off a mini statement and have stamped this for me. Will this statement be acceptable?

How often he gets paid monthly/weekly/fortnightly/4 weekly? Has he been earning variable income? Does the total of his wages is at least £9300 during the last 6 months/26 weeks?
