Does anybody have a clear idea as to what HO is looking for in this section? I couldn't find any clear guidance on how many days per year is allowed outside the UK (holidays and/or business travel). Tier 1 (from HSMP): How long?

Does anyone have any idea how long the process takes to switch from HSMP to Tier 1 (general)? There used to be average processing times for HSMP, but they have not put any estimates this time. Also, is there urgent treatment request for Tier 1 also? Thanks in advance

hi HSMP24JAN07 i did fill in the urgent treatment form.. here is an updated timeline: in country applicant 22/1 - sent application 23/1 - received by hsmp 24/1 - reference no received by email: 205xxx 24/1 - urgent treatment form sent 26/1 - approval decision 27/1 - letter and all docs received
