If you are applying for a spouse visa under the UK immigration rules, then no her income cannot be counted. By the way I didn't put it right I guess.
Though my wife is from India . She is living in Netherlands with me on a work permit and she is earning around 45000/- euros . Can I combine her income along with mine . ? Thank you for your reply.

No , i haven't travelled after the naturalisation. I thought it is 3 months and not three years.This is the reason i was thinking of penality.But now i know.

PENALITY-SURRENDERED INDIAN PASSPORT

Hi there,

i got my naturalisation 4 months ago. But i surrendered my Indian passport today. This was delayed because of my family issuses .

But VFS did not take any penality. At what stage they will connect the penality . Pls let me know .

i applied for British Passport on 4/11/2017 and received my passport on 12/11/2017.But , i am still waiting for the supporting documents to be returned and i haven't opted for secure delivery.Can you pleasetell me whom to contact.
