FLR (FP) Appeal Self-Representation

I am about to apply for an appeal at the first tier tribunal within the 14 days deadline given in my refusal letter. Due to the high costs being quoted by immigration solicitors, I am considering representing myself. Also because I lost a lot of money during the initial application where my solicito...

Re: FLR(FP) Application time

UPDATE: The Home Office has reconsidered my FLR (FP) refusal decision (out of country appeal) and have given me an in-country right of appeal. They also restored my Section 3C rights. Now I have 14 days to appeal. Now starts another long stressful process of getting a competent immigration lawyer, w...

Hello Forum, what address can I submit my request for a Change of Immigration Bail Conditions? I currently had my FLP (FP) application refused with an out of country appeal. I was also given immigration bail with only a "not to work" condition. I currently want to request that that condition be chan...

Re: FLR(FP) Application time

That would have been ideal but how does one feed, pay rent and maintain the family with children for the next 4-7 years without the right to work or rent? If I can get my right to work reinstated, I wouldn't mind waiting that length of time. Yes my kid was born here. The kid was 3 when we applied. H...

Re: Immigration firm handling FLR (FP) application shut down. Next step?

Email UKVI and tell them to update the return of documents address to your new address. Ask them to pass on the message to the decision making centre so that they are aware of the change of address. Thanks Londoner007. Is there any chance you might have the relevant UKVI email address? There are nu...

Re: Invalid FLR (FP) After Taking Payment.

Yes Casa, I know of that. As long as me and my spouse can continue working (with the receipt of the Acknowledgement letter) I'm ready to wait. I've already been here long enough, so a few more months/years won't be a problem.

Re: Invalid FLR (FP) After Taking Payment.

Thanks Bathanza. But would this be enough reason to delay the acknowledgement letter? In other words would they send the notice for the IHS payment first and then wait for my payment before they send the acknowledgement letter?

Re: Invalid FLR (FP) After Taking Payment.
