MN1 Applied - But Received an Email Saying Already British

Hi All again! I've got a small question about an MN1 application. I got ILR status in Oct 2019 and my son was born in Aug 2020. To apply for the British passport for my son, I wanted to have the naturalization certificate. (Hope I am correct?) I applied (June 2021) via the MN1 application link onlin...

Re: Tier 2 To ILR

Hi Zimba and CR001, I got my ILR approved today and thought to say thank you all for all your valuable information throughout this whole journey. Lots of ups and downs ended with a huge relief. Regarding the Payslips : The company which I got paid is a named entity in the main company's sponsorship ...

Re: Tier 2 To ILR - LLP Designated Member

I had a similar situation. I got a letter signed by the sponsor referencing the payslip and Member. Thank you very much aby00156. Very useful and I'll pass this to the HRM to have a look. Good luck with everything! I suggest to share this with your sponsor and let them deal with this. Working for a...

Re: Tier 2 To ILR

As far as I know, the sponsor's license may have to mention this entity Good morning and thank you very much Zimba. While searching, I got same kind of a response and this entity should have been entered/informed at the time of the sponsorship license application according to them too. Now I am con...

Re: Tier 2 To ILR - Salary Increase

These are up to UKVI. We cannot tell you what to expect. They are the ones determining the risks. Your sponsor may be questioned if the salary raise is close to your ILR date and particularly that the salary raise will push you bove the required ILR threshold. Thank you very much for the input Zimb...

Did you spend the sick leave outside of the UK ? Did you spend any of the holidays outside UK when you were with them? Thanks again and sorry for the late reply. 1. No, during the sick leave I was here in UK 2. Yes, I've travelled and spent some of the holidays outside UK. Do they need to add them ...

was the sick leave the only absence you had while working with them? Djsuccess , thanks for taking your time on this. No, i had holidays during my employment with them. But they were inside the annual entitlement (22 per year). I had to have this month of a break because of my operation. They've in...

When requesting to ‘add a representative’, you can add the new representative as a new level 1 user as part of the same call. This will count as 2 requests and you will be charged twice. And 200£ per each change of circumstance request as per my understanding. Look below! https://www.gov.uk/governme...

Re: Visa refused

Hi DJ483, I am thinking that you'll have a point to prove in a JR. If you are financially stable and if you can get the help of the representative who HO refers that your curtailment letter was sent to, I think you have a chance. But all depends on your circumstances and with a strong point saying y...

Very complicated situation but got an offer yesterday so trying to get more clarity. I know the stress in this. Wishing you every luck to make this a success. Can't you apply for FLR without the offer letter and as soon as you've got the COS, vary to a T2 application? (I have no idea whether this g...

I think this is not a good idea. This makes you a pre-selected candidate. Isn't it? The RLMT is not completed and you've got an offer letter before the RLMT completion. Not logical I guess!

It is very unfortunate to hear your situation. Someone may help you, 1. If you post your full immigration history with the correct dates. (Visa Type / From / To / Entry clearance dates etc.) 2. If you clearly say the reason for the revoke / date of the revoke / and the date of the curtailment letter...

Very frustrating. I want to leave UK as soon as possible. If you don't wanna wait for the AR decision, you can request to leave at anytime. The dept is called voluntarily leaving department. You should have their contact details in your refusal letter (May be in the last 2 pages [I've seen few]). C...

Team if this is a wise step to change employer. What do you want the team to tell? Is it on behalf of the visa process? You can change the employer at any time if you fulfil the requirements. It doesn't matter you get a less salary than the previous or a higher than the previous. Appropriate salary...
