Urgent Endorsing body info required

Hi group,

Would someone please share information about endorsing body, which is endorsing these days without training.

Mostly endorsing bodies replied me they give training before endorsing plan which is time consuming and worth nothing when I’ve got my plan already ready.

Been thinking, the simple answer is that, firstly u can’t make an application under EU settlement scheme without a prior eligible leave. Biometric card is a requirement to start with. Hi mate ,

Calm down :)

Home office must had confirmed/verified your certificate online as they normally check.

Certificate is not requirement in home Office guidence. So no need to send original certificate of B1 to caseworker.

I suggest you to write Pre-Action Protocol letter .
Then home office will be bound to reply you full in 14 days if not they will tell you any timeline for decision.

Depends if HO gives permission and if they extend the notice period to 70 days, by which point your friends visa will likely have expired and he will be an overstayer if not married. To marry they have to give 28 days notice an an HO approved Registry office. They will then inform HO and this notice period could be extended to 70 days for HO to investigate and/or interview each of them separately before permission to marry will be granted.
