My parent's names as per my passport is ABC and as per their passport is XYZ.

In the neutralization form, what should I fill up, ABC or XYZ?

What did you finally do?

I have similar issue.

My passport has ABC for my parents names (both) and their passport has XYZ (both).

I have ILR and now need to apply for Neutralization. I don't know what names should i use.
