ILR Parents and BC Children

Hi

Our both kids have got BC via our ILR status and we kept ILR.

I was employed as an IT engineer in an ir35 role and I lost my job during this pandemic and my wife is now on maternity leave.

Can someone tell me what all are the benefits I can apply for us, please during this pandemic?

Citizenship Question

I am on ILR for the past 2 years now. I had received a conviction on 10.5.2010 in my absence from Magistrates court for traveling on underground without previously paying a fare of £3.20 while I was here on a student visa in 2009. I was made of such a journey in my name and a fine only around Oct 20...

Re: Citizenship for baby

Re: Citizenship for baby

Cullinan,

I didn't understand your statement but it seems to be a vital tip
Also, since your ILR BRP is the claim to child’s British Citizenship, you are advised NOT to return your ILR BRP for your child’s future sake even after naturalization.

What do you mean by not to return your ILR BRP ?

Re: ILR Dependant

Is this correct ? - B1 is the exam for ILR Dependant..

You must pass a Secure English Language Test (SELT) in at least CEFR level B1 in Speaking and Listening for:
Indefinite Leave to Remain (to settle) or British Citizenship
