Same thing happened to me.
I request to all who want to go for psc plz login every night before 23:55 as next day starts like 00:01am you will see new appointments but you have to be quick. Good luck all

Yes they took biometrics and took my application form with supporting docs but didn’t give any letter in spite of asking.

Don’t know for Glasgow. And also our applications were held cuz of IT failure not for further checks.
