Re: Visit Visa - Stayed longer than period stated on application

HO again proves, it can act as it likes. Thanks for en lighting me. May be mention full 6 months, only thing is you may have to show additional funds for the stay. if the document is archived or not found from gov.uk site, meaning it is longer active, like certain other immigration rules, if it is n...

Re: Visit Visa - Stayed longer than period stated on application

Hi ILR.dot.dot.dot,

Are you referring to 180 days in a year period rule for Tourist visa?

Someone with 2 years visitor visa cannot stay in the Uk for 2 continuous years, they can stay only 180 days in a one year period.

Cheers!

May be because you apply for a 10 year visa...

Re: PBS Dependant Visa Extension (husband on ILR)

Hi Gatha Many thanks for the reply. I will be eligible for ILR in 2021 , meaning I just need it for 2 years, but I understand I cannot go for less than 2 years. Do you think it is right to select Cos Length upto 3 years (even though my husband original cos was 5 years) ? - yes, 3 years is right, no...

2. If child can get visa based on mother's visa validity (at time of child's birth) then is it right to understand that, i first will have to apply for child's tier 2 general dependent visa from India and then again apply for extension from UK in June 2020 (considering that visa will expire by July...
