Spouse visa - How to provide evidence that all documents submitted?

Hi, My spouse from abroad will apply for a Spouse Visa shortly and I will take the documents to an appointment/biometric centre then submit to Sheffield. Some people I know have been refused their visas due to "missing documents" even though all of the documents have indeed been submitted. I'm aware...

Re: Call from Home Office (spouse visa application)

Hi. Do you mind me asking what kind of job do you do? I noticed ECO calls some people if they work for a certain job like for a restaurant for instance. My case is that I do work for a restaurant. Just worried that ECO may call and my manager doesn't pick up.

Guys,

Perhaps this person is not quite sure how to properly use this forum website as I believe he/she is new to it. There is no need to be so harsh on him/her.

Re: Spouse Visa Refused due to Home Office Error 2018

Best thing is, get a solicitor to help you. The solicitor will write a written statement confirming that he/she has checked all of the documents required and that there's nothing missing. That way, they (the caseworker) have nothing to say against you. Also, do make photocopies. I'd suggest to re ap...

Hi. Thank you for the reply. I have read the Appendix_FM_1_7_Financial_Requirement_Final which states that both jobs can be combined under category A and used to meet financial requirement.
