It can take up to 10 working days. And if you don’t receive it within this period, you need to submit another request, and wait for another 10 working days. How long does it take to receive your EU Passport back from Home Office while the Residence Card application is in process, please? I would like to travel out of the country urgently.

Also does anyone know how to contact Home Office for return of EU Passport.
