Well thanks for reply.I don’t remember companies name but I spoke with county court helpline desk and paid them £30 to post me certificate of satisfaction for 2 CCJ..They also send me certificate via emails which I printed and sent to HO with recorded delivery..I hope I will get my approval soon.IA

Yes you can apply PR but you need to inform HO that you are in the process of getting divorce.you also need to prove that your EEA family member was working from last 5 years...I don’t think you can apply with decree nisi..just wait for the senior member advice like Obie..when you residence card exp...
