Hi

Well in your case, it does not seem to be to much trouble in your relatonship. If there is seperation in pending or its is evident, then there might be some problem. As far police involvement is concerened, I dont think it would have any impact in your immigration case.

Folks, My Application date is Jan 23, 2009. WP to Tier 1. I called them up today and they say still under process. Why so much delay in my case when othe rpeople are getting it in less then 4 weeks itself. Are they checking out my credentials? My employer had received a call from them 3 weeks back....

Your payslips apparently looks fine but still I would ask you sign and seal from your company HR as its on A4 size paper not standard payslip issued in UK.
