Your sponsor's certificate saying yes is sufficient, you have to fill the same in their application where they ask did the sponsor agreed to maintain funds, if you have said yes that should be sufficient. If the CoS is for more than 3 years, then you need the experience salary or £30,000pa minimum, whichever is higher. You might also not be exempt from the RLMT.
