My hearing for flr fp (British disabled partner and British 8 daughter) was on June 12 2018 and I got my decision on July 10 and my BRP on August 10 I did call the tribunal after 14 days of my decision to see if ho appealed and they were very helpful. Just keep calling I suppose !!

Yes mister123 a deadline was mentioned but they ignored it and sent it 3 days before the hearing, so i wouldn’t worry too much!! Why did they refuse you ?

Flr fp with low chances and up to a year or more for a response unles you’ve got very compelling circumstances/ insurmountable obstacles that prevent your spouse from returning to her country and apply from there and still you are facing up to a year for a response.
