Jun 2017 first extension application
May 2018 extension was refused
July 2018 fresh extension applied
12 July 2019 visa approved letter received
MP involved during 2019

Since his 10 year completed on August 2018, and the refusal was on 6th July 2018. Is there a gap for his long residency legally?
