Would one be able to apply for an ILR at BEFORE the end of his 10 year stay here i.e. year 9 ?

I have been a on continuous student visa in the UK for 7 years and switched to a work permit (FLR IED) visa afterwards and still currently employed for 3 years.

Would I qualify to apply for ILR at the end of my 10 years here ?
