Can someone let me know what are the time lines of getting a Tier 2 COS when you are done with labour test. Are Tier 2 priority and premium services applicable ? If yes what's the difference in time line ?
When sponsors Tier 2 General license get's revoked and employee is in 60 day curtailment period, can the employee still continue working until he switches to the new employer ?
