Crucial to your application...an Islamic marriage ceremony performed in a Mosque in the UK won't be recognised as legal under British law and therefore won't qualify for a Spouse settlement visa. :!: Agreed. If they grant a fiancé(e) visa, then you must also get legally married prior to your FLR(M)...
