Does anyone know of a case where a PBS depedent has successfully applied for ILR based on the date, "entry clerance" was issued and not actual arrival in UK?
My spouse is on a tier 2 dependent visa. She got her entry clearance on 20/03/13 and she entered UK on 03/06/2013.
