I got my daughter's RoA cert back this week, about 4.5 months from application. As I said earlier, they contacted us for passport photos - even though we were told during the application process they weren't needed any more and we'd be receiving a letter telling us where to go for photos/biometrics...

The CW did not ask for documents and she just said 'give me all you prepared'. She took all the copies, so I am not sure if I prepare too much.

Entry Clearance date was 8 Oct 2012 and the date I entered was 23 Oct 2012. Expiration date of my Tier 1 extension visa is 8 Oct 2012.

In my momemory, timescale: 10.20 enter 10.30 first document check on ground floor 10.40 payment clear on first floor 11.05 called on first floor by a lady(i dont think she is caseworker) for entering all the passport information 11:30 photos and fingerprint 12:00 waiting for being called by casework...
