Re: Sunrider singh route urgent question

Sorry mate but it doesn't work that way. Your British wife has to prove that she genuinely moved her centre of life from the UK to France (That's one of many criterias that you have to meet when applying for a UKRC under SS) . You stated that your British wife will keep her job in London (I understa...

Re: EEA Residence Card application error

Worst case scenario, it'll be rejected not refused (means that you need to correct any mistakes or errors and re-apply).. they'll return your documents and charge you £25 for each application then refund the rest.

Re: Wrong form used for EEA FM

Same thing happened to me omg, this morning I went to the post office and royal mail. Once the post is out it becomes her majesty's property, it is protected to arrive to its destination. My application was rejected before because I forgot to send pictures, and here I am again sending an old form, e...

Wrong form used for EEA FM

Hi everyone, Me again with another stupid move, I received my documents back because I forgot to send my wife's picture and it was rejected. I just included my wife's picture and sent the application back straight away before I figure out that there's a new form dated 07/2018. The one I sent is 04/2...

EEA2 Application Rejected

Hi everyone, I applied for a UKRC in June, surprisingly I haven't received the biometrics letter so I decided to chase it by sending plenty of emails, 2 days later I receive all my documents back in the post and the reason is: Incomplete Application Form 1. Declaration Not Signed. [/u] I did sign it...

Re: Biometrics Letter and COA?

I didn't apply through the Surrender Singh route but just as a normal EEA (PR) Family Member. It has now been 5 weeks and I have, like you, only had my payment taken and received a confirmation e-mail. Still no biometrics in sight. Thanks for your reply, I know it sucks! I'm sending a letter with m...

Biometrics Letter and COA?

I'll be posting again and again, trying to get an answer regarding a situation I'm facing. Frankly I think most Surinder Singh UKRC Application posts go completely ignored every time. I applied for UKRC after living in Ireland for more than 17 months. I sent my application 5 weeks ago, received next...

Re: Surinder Singh (Returning back to the UK)

Hi Rajhveer, I applied in December 2017, took 15 working days (21 days including weekends). at that time, I only had the temporary residence card (GNIB). We had quite good proof for moving the centre of life to Ireland, full time jobs paying 11.60 an hour, gym memberships, blood donations, I used to...

Re: Stamp4EUFAM Approved by minister, rejected by INIS officer

status on arrival in state? if you were married at that time which from your narrative it suggest you were and you tick the box family member of eu citizen then your fine i think. I was married to my wife when I accompanied her to Ireland under Article 5 of the Directive 2004/38/EC. The man we had,...
