home office changing my reporting schedule multiple times

I was bailed for an incident and during my court judge decided that I should sign once a week on Thursdays.

HO has now, without any warning or notice, change this to 2 days a week, Mondays and Thursday.

Can the HO change a Judge decision at their convenience ?
