Uk Citizenships

Hello Everyone,
I need some advice from you guys please.
I applied for Uk citizenships last February and so far I have not received any response while I was told that it would take 3 months.
My wife is British.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

I first entered the uk on student visa on 18th of October 2006 I went back home after my visa was refuse in 2010 and came back in August the same year 2010 on student visa. I was granted my spouse visa on the 06 of March 2013
This first visa was due to expire on the 06-09-2015 but I applied a bit earlier and I got it on 20-07-2015, the layer will expire on 17-02-2018.
Can I apply for ILR on the 5 years route basis as spouse of a British citizen?

Thank for your prompt reply. I think I was misunderstood, my point is even if I apply 28 days before I still haven’t completed the total of 5 years . Basically by the 17th of Feb when my visa expires I have completed only 4 years 11 months not 5 years. So do I need to apply for another visa for only...
