that's why i was saying why don't you go for a NADRA's new birthcertificate ,in that way you will not need a translated copy of your birthcertificate as it is already bilingual.
Or get it translated by a lawyer or call them and ask them where you find a translator which they'll accept.

i think NADRA has started issuing birth certificates in both languages urdu and english. why don't you go far a NADRA certificate ?

My all educational documents are already attested by Foreign affair office and HEC but as you know they attest it on the back side of orginal certificates and when you need to send its photocopies to some foreign organization , some of them demand such documents to be notarised. So i still need some...

wow , it seems a good university or atleast its facility to verify its graduates by just entering their student number on the website is a superb idea. by the way i have heard Ireland had the strongest economy in the whole EU last year then why you want to come to England ?
