No, i meant pre action protocol done myself and submitted via email due to the undue stress caused by slow processing.

Re: Citizenship

Hi,

This is normal as it allows caseworker to reconsider the application from the date of resigning rather than cancelling application and applying for new one.

I had one of my friend in the same situation and he received his decision after a month or so of resending it.

Thanks,

Re: Will applying for naturalization prevent me from travelling abroad?

Hi, NO issues with travelling. Only advise is to keep checking your mail/email to ensure any relevant documents asked for are sent back immediately. I have been away for 2 months after application. But UKVI has record of any travel even after application as it showed up on my SAR when i asked for it...

Re: Character checks not completed after 11 months

Looking at your earlier posts and it seemed that an earlier application of yours had also taken longer than usual. Before applying for naturalisation, did you get a SAR from the Home Office to see what triggered the delay in the earlier immigration application? @London22, if it makes you feel any b...

Re: Fixed penalty points on driving licence

Thanks @zimba for quick reply.

So no need to declare them as its just a fixed penalty fine with 3 points without any court conviction .

Re: Tier 1 50k Team ext Approved after 10 months

Just to let all members know I received IHS refund after almost 10 weeks of visa approval, after contacting UKVI by post to process my refund.

So anybody waiting for IHS refund could try sending them a letter by post on their Sheffield office.
