As am to vary my application by sending a new form to the UKVI, How do i book for premium service as my documents are already with the UKVI?

Secondly do I have to pay IHS again?

Thanks marcmath for the advice. The reason I asked and wasn't sure is that I once heard from a friend that PSW is not normally counted as part of continued residence

Morning to All I have applied for tier 1 entrepreneur extension in December 2017 and now waiting to hear from home office. I have a similar question, I applied for my extension in December 2017 still waiting for decision, but by the 1st February 2018 I will be lawfully resident of 10 years in UK, but my 10 years include 2 years on PSW , can I still send a fresh application in feburay for the ILR under the 10 year route ...
