Just being a devil's advocate, in case ILR application gets refused for an applicant then are they eligible to apply again next day ?

Thanks makky86 for the response. Cohabitation documents over 3 years(for 4 months) which I am planning to provide are: 1. Council tax joint name 2. Utility bill (Water, Gas) 3. Bank Statements 4.
