4. After you apply and submit your application, do you need to update the Home Office if you change/quit your job? I think you may need to inform the HO for any changes on your circumstances while your application is being processed There is NO requirement to update HO. It is not an immigration app...

Click on the arrow symbol just before Proof of Application and check what it expects. I would seriously doubt that the already submitted application to HO n proof of payment from HO would be expected.
