hi you dont have to wait till nov to apply for extension . you can apply in august , if you go for standard application , you can get back your passport by end of september or early october . Standard application timelines are max 8 weeks , postal priority is max 10days (expensive) . August is ideal...

you can ask NHS to provide a letter saying about sponsoring funds . you dont have to maintain any funds . You can show them the employee letter and file for dependent visa .

you dont need to wait for 3 months .

I got a postal priority code , applied in postal postal priority and waiting for the result .
